Office Space Still Available

EJ moved to Vermont and Sam built his own office which leaves me with an empty desk to fill. So, if you're thinking, I need to get out of my basement and into a dedicated, creatively professional environment then do I have a deal for you. And this offer extends to everyone, not just creatives.

For a meager $200/month, beginning 11/15, you get a desk and all utilities paid for including Comcast broadband internet. A telephone line would be extra but I use Vonage over the broadband connection and it works great. The main floor is occupied by a global moving logistics company and we share the basement.

Afraid of commitment? No lease is required, just a 45 day notice if you decide it's not your cup of tea. Heck, there's even Breckenridge Brewery BBQ four doors down for old times' sake. Sorry no such substitute for Blake Street's "Dog of the Day", although there is a doggy day care across the street.
